Why Multi-Vendor
Multi-Vendor is software you install on your own server, with open source code. Customer, seller and order data stays with you, and when a feature is missing you add it with an add-on instead of waiting for a SaaS provider to make it a priority.
You buy the licence as a subscription or once and for all, in one of four editions, so the cost does not grow with your turnover the way it does on platforms that take a percentage of every sale. We are an official partner of the vendor and its distributor in Poland, which is why we fit the edition to your business model rather than the other way round.
What we do in a project
You can order each of these stages on its own, but you gain the most when we carry the marketplace from the first conversation to the first seller payout.
Business model and edition
We start by asking who pays whom and for what: commission or seller subscriptions, one shared catalogue or separate offers, one storefront or several under their own domains. The edition and the scope of work follow from the answers.
Platform setup
Seller plans, commissions, product moderation, taxes, shipping and the storefront design. We set everything up on a staging copy first, so you can walk through the whole purchase path before the first customer sees it.
Split payments
The customer's money is split between sellers on the payment gateway side, and your commission stays with you. Multi-Vendor supports this model through Stripe Connect and PayPal, and for the Polish market we have our own Przelewy24 and PayU integrations.
Sellers and compliance
Seller registration and verification, the data you need under the EU Digital Services Act and for tax reporting, and the terms you agree with sellers. We show you what the system covers out of the box and what has to be added.
Migration and integrations
We move products, customers and orders from your current platform and connect the marketplace to the systems you already use every day: Baselinker, couriers, invoicing and automatic catalogue translation.
Custom add-ons
When the built-in features are not enough, we write an add-on for your process. Most of our Multi-Vendor add-on catalogue started out as exactly that kind of commission.
AI assistant
A chat that answers customers from the live offer of every seller, checks orders and splits conversation usage per seller, so you can resell it to them as a paid service.
Care after launch
We update the core and add-ons, watch performance, respond to tickets and develop the platform in further iterations. We have looked after many of the marketplaces listed below for years.
